Cationorm®
Cationorm is an oil in water emulsion dedicated to the treatment of dry eye symptoms.
This innovative formulation combine uniquely the tears main mechanisms to act on every layers of the tear film:
- Moisturization of the ocular surface, bringing water and acting on the lipid layer by reducing evaporation.
- Lubrication due to its oily compound that confers the emulsion intrinsic lubricating properties.
- Protection of the ocular surface integrity by lowering mechanical effects leading to friction caused by eyelid blinking.
Due to the electrostatic attraction between the positively charged eyedrop and the ocular surface negatively charged, Cationorm® spread in an optimal way all over the ocular surface and uniformly.
Used daily, Cationorm® provides relief, reduces dry eye symptoms such as stinging and sand feeling and improves the ocular surface condition.
Several clinical studies have demonstrated the efficacy, safety and good tolerance of Cationorm®, confirming its unique and original mechanism of action and responding to multifactorial causes of dry eye.
